We are pleased to share with you a draft report on the assessment of legal frameworks on consumption metering in district heating in the Energy Community Contracting Parties. The aim of the assessment is to compare legal frameworks, detect the best practices and provide guidance for the future improvements of national legislation. This assessment will be a part of the overall report on the regulatory aspects of district heating systems in the Energy Community Contracting Parties.
