The team of the Heating & Cooling Network updated the Report on the assessment of legal frameworks on consumption metering in district heating in the Energy Community Contracting Parties. The assessment compares the legal frameworks, highlights best practices and provides recommendations for the improvement of national legislation. This assessment is part of an overall report on the regulatory aspects of district heating systems in the Energy Community Contracting Parties, which is currently under preparation.
