The Energy Community Secretariat and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) are pleased to invite you to Webinar on Consumption metering in district heating on 24 November 2020, 14:30 -16:15.

This is intended to be the first in a series of webinars, organised under the umbrella of the e-Platform for Heating and Cooling Network (http://enc-heating-cooling.org)

This webinar is co-organised with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and intents to open the discussion on a very important topic of heat metering and consumption based billing and its role in district heating reform and customer satisfaction.  

The Webinar Agenda includes the presentation of a Roadmap towards efficient consumption-based billing – EBRD Policy paper, as well as lessons learned from different models of implementation of metering and billing in three countries of the Energy Community. It also features an update on the EU legal framework on heat metering and its implementation in the EU.  Please fine attached the Agenda.

The webinar is an open event that will take place through the WebEx platform. Please register at the event page.
